At TEE Haus, we work to make sure your order reaches you safely, quickly, and in excellent condition.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on holidays or outside business hours may take additional time to process.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service. Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive delivery updates through the contact information provided with your order.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable delivery charges will be communicated or displayed during the ordering process. Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location and order.

Our standard delivery charges are:

Inside Dhaka: ৳70
Outside Dhaka: ৳130

The applicable delivery charge will be added to your order total at checkout.

4. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a correct name, phone number, and complete delivery address. TEE Haus is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.

5. Failed Delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provides incorrect information, refuses the package, or cannot be contacted, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package when you receive it. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact TEE Haus as soon as possible with clear photos or videos of the package and product.

After verification, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost during delivery, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier service to investigate the issue and assist you with the next steps.
